Hi! I’m Ashritha – founder of Wrap Arts and a longtime lover of all things gifting (or at least someone who always wanted to be!). Like many of you, I often found myself disappointed by the bland and repetitive gift options out there. I wanted something that truly celebrated the occasion and made people feel special – not just another cookie-cutter gift.
It all started with my niece’s engagement. My sister, filled with joy, ordered a beautiful ring platter to mark the big moment. But when it arrived? Total disappointment. It was generic, overpriced, and lacked the charm we were hoping for. That’s when it hit me—there’s a real gap between what people want in customized gifts and what’s actually available.
That moment planted the seed for Wrap Arts – a place where customized gifts and thoughtful presents could finally match the sentiment behind them.
My journey has been anything but linear, and every step helped shape Wrap Arts into what it is today. With a Bachelor’s in IT, I built a seamless online shopping experience for our customers. My background in HRM helped me build a strong, dedicated team that puts service first. Studying Psychology gave me valuable insight into customer preferences, and my degree in English Literature sharpened the way we communicate our brand story.
A course in Fashion Design gave me the eye for detail that’s essential in curating gifts that are not only meaningful but visually stunning. I saw a clear need for customized gifts that weren’t just “gifts,” but expressions—of gratitude, joy, and love.
